EQ-i 360 online anonymous surveys emailed to the people you interact with most
You'll receive a report and gain the same insights as the Leadership EQ-i, with the addition of the feedback from those you work with to compare with your own self-assessment, giving you a 360 degree view of your effectiveness.
Live 360 interviews with the people you interact with most
This process involves confidentially interviewing 5-10 people you work with, including your managers, colleagues and employees, about what you do best and what you could do better. From these interviews, I’ll find the trends and patterns to create a synthesis for you. Building on your identified strengths, I’ll recommend one thing to work on that can make the biggest difference for your leadership. The synthesis is verbal, not written, so that no one else will see the information.
